For this shot I was trying out a technique I learned from my mate Jimmy (check him out here: http://astarphotos.blogspot.com/ ) with a few of my own ideas thrown in - just a bit of mucking around really.
These next few shots were taken at the end of a shoot for a uni project with my friend William (aka Humga). We were just playing around with some frozen motion stuff. (Let me tell you, as cool as my shoes are they really suck for landing jumps in.)
Earlier in the day there was a wonderful breeze blowing through that provided us with some awesome shots of my friend Grace in her dress.
(Personally, I love windy days.)
This shot is simply a little play around with my homemade snoot. Unfortunately I'm too poor at the moment to be able to afford Pocket Wizards so it's just a lame mounted flash for me for now.
And I'm still keeping up my portrait practicing - gotta impress them potential clients right?! ;D
So here's my friends Chris and Celia just chilling at Timbo's crib
And here's a self portrait of me for a uni project
And that's my stuff for the month =)
I would have had it up sooner except i went over my monthly limit on Flickr and I'm too poor (i mentioned my poverty before) to afford the US$24.95 pro upgrade =(
