Funky Shoot (2009.06.28)

There were massive mishaps with models and makeup artists for this shoot with the makeup artist bailing less than 12 hours before the shoot and 3 models dropping out within under 24 hours prior to the shoot, and it looked like rain the whole time we were getting ready; but trust in the Sun and Rain Gods paid off and we got some beautiful sunshine and pouring rain once we'd gotten home at the end of the day!

Just goes to show that if you stay focused on the positive then you can still rock hardcore!

I know i've been saying that for awhile now, but we're just ironing out some minor glitches and getting our content ready for upload.

Business cards are on the way too =)

Hopefully we can start making some money soon coz i really need it =(

Rydalmere Industrial Zone 2009년 6월 19일

We wanted to get out into the sunshine!
So after gettin the bikes out, then pumping up the tyres and waiting for Jesse to re-familiarise himself with a bicycle we set off to Tim's house!
Once there we met up with Timbo and headed down to the local industrial zone and started exploring!
While we were exploring we started mucking around with our camera gear and got some pretty cool shots - check em out and let me know what you think =)

This shot is a bit soft but I still like it ^__^

We've payed off the host server, so now we just have to wait for Chen to upload it, then it's up to us to fill the content =)

Photomedia: Project 4; Semester 1, 2009

Well boys and girls! A glimpse at one of two projects I completed this weekend for uni.
This one is about time or some rubbish, but really is an excuse for me to do some wicked stuff with some lights and some talented people.

Really annoyed at myself for not paying enough attention during the shoot and chopping off Warrick's feet, but I think it still works rather well.

Big thanks to the lovely and talented Naomi who when she was not doing infinite fouettes or leaping her to there was walking around on her tiptoes or learning some cool bboy moves =D

Mad props also to Warrick, an awesome tricker who managed to do crazy combos of back saults, twists and flips in the dark with lights flashing and blinding him.

Without either of them this project would not have been possible and I am very thankful =)

This is the first project of the semester that has been enjoyable, interesting and challenging in a non-excruciating way.
I do not feel any pangs of resentment in paying for the prints of these images, which hasn't been a common thing this semester. =D

May's Uni Project

Here's the work I did for my last uni project. The concept was on "Time and Place".
This collection was a look at the memories of times in our lives that we are reminded of when we re-visit the places that they happened.

Besides some colour correction, none of these images have been altered.

Big ups to my lovely models Katherine and Grace; and the other models who aren't as lovely but still beautiful in their own right, Tim, Jesse, David, and William for helping out =)

FINALLY I HAVE ROOM TO UPLOAD ON FLICKR!

When i get some more cash i will upgrade my account =)


Also, exciting news!
Just bought my ticket to Asia!! At the end of the year i'll be hitting up Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Japan with some homies =)
Hopefully will score some lovely pics =D
